Our Policy
ABA Therapy Resources, operated by The ABA Collective, LLC, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects sellers to do the same. We respond to valid takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
How to Submit a Takedown Notice
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent (below) including:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (a product URL is ideal)
- Your contact information: address, phone number, email
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

What Happens Next
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the seller who uploaded it.
Counter-Notification
If your listing was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the US, an appropriate judicial district), and that you'll accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice
Repeat Infringers
Accounts that receive multiple valid takedown notices will be suspended or terminated.
